Meet The Owner
Stacey Y. Russell
Stacey Russell is a native of Norfolk, Virginia. Stacey is a proud graduate of the illustrious
Norfolk State University, located in Norfolk, Va. In 2003 Stacey received a Bachelors of Arts
Degree in Political Science; while at the same time completing all criteria for paralegal
certification. Later, she went on to pursue a Masters of Arts degree in Criminal Justice
Management. Stacey decided to gain more education in her chosen career path in Mental Health
with obtaining another Master’s Degree in Urban Education concentrating in Community
Counseling graduating in December 2012.
Upon completion of all educational requirements, she was registered with the Virginia Board of
Counseling as a registered Qualified Mental Health Professional for Adults and Children. Stacey
has actively worked in the Mental Health field for over 18 years with adolescents and adults
dealing with behavioral and mental health issues.
Throughout the years, Stacey has volunteered at a variety of different agencies to include the
Virginia Department of Corrections, The Boys Girls Club’s of South Hampton Roads, and
several different community outreach programs. For over fifteen years she has been a dedicated
volunteer with Lake Taylor High School Marching Band as the Auxiliary Coordinator. Stacey is
the founder and President of Lake Taylor High School Alumni Association (LTAA) whose focus
is to provide support, mentorship and scholarships to students of Lake Taylor High.
Stacey is also the founder of nonprofit "Fine Educated Divas of Society", affectionally known as
F.E.D.S Inc., F.E.D.S vision is to uplift, empower and support all while giving back to the
community. The mission is to form a sisterhood of diverse women who offer unique
contributions for the good of the organization and community with ongoing networking
opportunities.
Among all of the experience gained over the years; she was ready to start her own business and
do things “A Better Way” for all people struggling with mental health issues.
Stacey is well known in her community for her ongoing efforts to help others improve their
quality of life. The combination of her academic achievements, life experiences and
accomplishments have all help create an amazing Mental Health Provider today.

Services Provided Intensive In-Home Service means family preservation interventions for children and adolescents who have or are at-risk of removal from the home due to a serious emotional disturbance which prevents functioning in at least two areas of their environment. ABWSS intensive in-home services are offered to children and adolescent ages 5-19 years old and families that meet our qualifications.

Day Treatment Services are offered as additional support to students while in school who struggle with behavioral issues. We assist schools with managing distractions and stride to keep students in class gaining their education.

Mental Health Support Services are person centered training for individuals such as ADLS, maintaining personal hygiene, preparing food, maintaining adequate nutrition, managing finances, medication management, and monitoring mental and physical health. Mental Health Support Services for adults ages 21-65 years old.
